Deputy Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities

• To handle all the activities in the entire sales process cycle starting from enquiry to order, delivery, payment collection, if any.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals to close the deals successfully.
• Comprehend customers technical requirements and confidently discuss technical points with the customers.
• Carry out sales and business development activities in an assigned area / assigned set of customers to achieve overall business and financial goals of the organization.
• Support the sales team in achieving the organizational objectives.
• Maintain a pragmatic and customer focused approach ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationship.
• Work collaboratively across cross functional teams to get the desired output.
• Candidate should be good in analysis of customers requirement and should be good in preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• He needs to be tough negotiator and conversant with techniques for market analysis, budgeting, Sales Planning etc.
• He has to travel frequently all over India and need to work in close coordination with other departments of the Company.

Preferred candidate profile

Around 8-10 years of experience in large multinational engineering companies, with proven track record, analytical skills and leadership qualities. Preferable from bearing or similar industry.

BE - Mechanical (Candidate with MBA in Sales/ Marketing from reputed institution will be having an added advantage)
