Deputy Manager - Module Maintenance

Purpose/Objective

The Cluster Manager - Automation is responsible for overseeing the automation processes within the cluster, ensuring optimal performance and stability of operations. This role involves strategic planning for equipment availability, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, and developing high-performing teams to enhance overall productivity. By implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement, the Cluster Manager contributes to the success and efficiency of the automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Stabilization of MSEL Module Line: - Implement SQPDCME improvement projects and ensure that all machines have updated backups to enhance operational stability. Availability of Equipment for Production: - Measure the percentage of equipment availability and resolve customer issues, including addressing breakdowns caused by spare shortages. Organization Development & Sustainability: - Conduct and maintain 5S practices in the assigned area while adhering to safety inspections and implementing LOTO processes. Team Building: - Measure capability enhancement through DET safety training and toolbox talks (TBT) to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience
