Assistant Manager - Dredging Electrical Maintenance

Purpose/Objective

Engineer - Electrical Maintenance maintains operational reliability and availability of dredgers and equipment by performing diligent maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems for optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Electrical System Optimization: - Oversee maintenance of electrical motors and control panels, engage in installation, testing, and repair of electrical systems for seamless functionality. Equipment Maintenance: - Ensure calibration of critical instruments, perform maintenance and troubleshooting for various control systems and accessories, and conduct regular inspections to minimize downtime. Health and Safety: - Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safe work practices and policies. Resource Management: - Manage and deploy electrical maintenance personnel effectively to align with maintenance schedules and project demands. Digital Mindset: - Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
