Deputy Manager - Inplant FM-Railway

Purpose/Objective

As the Deputy Manager - Inplant FM-Railway at Adani Power Limited in Godda (Jharkhand), you will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management operations within the railway Inplant division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and compliance of the facilities while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage and supervise facilities management operations within the railway Inplant division. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure working environment. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations and reduce operational costs. - Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs, to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related issues and implement solutions effectively. Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify areas for improvement. - Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility maintenance services. - Implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability practices within the facility. - Prepare reports and presentations on facility performance and operational efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to drive innovation and excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and achieve operational targets.

Technical Competencies

In-depth knowledge of facilities management practices in the railway industry,Proficiency in safety regulations and compliance requirements,Experience with maintenance planning and execution,Familiarity with energy conservation and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in facilities management within the railway industry. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
