Roto Moulding Factory Manager Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical/Production/ Polymer engineering Experience : Minimum 5 years in Plastic Moulding environment, Tool Room exposure, Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Sheets Manufacturing skills : Tool design knowledge, Proficiency in CAD software, 5S, CAPA, Root cause analysis, ISO 9001 standards Daily Routine: Production Planning: Oversee production scheduling for all machines and coordinate with Production Manager for delivering goods on time and in good quality NOTE: The production manager is responsible only for productivity of machines and HR management of labourers, the Factory manager is responsible for coordinating with the Sales department and Purchase department and for delivering goods on time and in good quality. Monitoring Overall Equipment Effectiveness: OEE must be maintained at least at 80% Communicate with Sales team for orders and dispatches and with Purchase team for stocking all required raw materials Continuous mould maintenance (Roto moulding)- Constantly work to eliminate rejections by constantly reworking on moulds, either using in-house resources or our vendors CAPA redressal- Go through all open CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions) and actively address them. Newmoulddevelopment- Roto moulding Drawing and Gantt chart to be made, All possible failures must be discussed with CFT, and Mouldto be made within stipulated time by coordinating with vendors Roto Factory manager to share the tool room resources with the Injection moulding Factory Manager for development of respective moulds .
