Purpose/Objective


    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adani, you will play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and retaining top talent to drive the growth and success of our organization. We are looking for a professional with 7 years of experience in the industry to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the strategic workforce planning of Adani.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. - Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. - Collaborating with HR business partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. - Developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as an employer of choice. - Utilizing data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize the recruitment process. - Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Contributing to special projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Technical Competencies


    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software,• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search,• Experience in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews,HR Operations

Qualifications and Experience


    - Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates. - Experience in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruitment tools effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Master's degree or certification in Human Resources is a plus.
