Job Description

A. Recruitment Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment team (executives, senior recruiters, coordinators).
  • Allocate job requirements and monitor performance of the recruitment team.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring TAT, quality standards, and HR policies.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with recruitment staff and hiring managers.

B. Manpower Planning & Forecasting

  • Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements quarterly/monthly.
  • Prepare annual manpower plans with HR leadership.
  • Maintain position trackers and manage organization-wide vacancy status.

C. Talent Sourcing & Strategy

  • Design sourcing strategies for senior, niche, and bulk hiring.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and industry networks effectively.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required.

D. Candidate Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screening for key managerial positions.
  • Evaluate candidates on experience, skill set, culture fit, and stability.
  • Guide team on shortlisting strategy and competency-based evaluation.

E. Recruitment Coordination & Process Management

  • Oversee interview scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Ensure timely feedback collection and closure of interview rounds.
  • Maintain structured recruitment processes in line with company standards.

F. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly & monthly recruitment dashboards for management.
  • Monitor critical KPIs:
  • Hiring TAT
  • Offer-to-joining ratio
  • Source-wise hiring efficiency
  • Cost per hire
  • Team performance metrics
  • Maintain updated recruitment trackers and ATS/HRMS records.

H. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring teams and senior management.
  • Provide guidance on workforce market trends and salary benchmarking.

4. Educational Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

5. Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in recruitment, including:
  • Minimum 4–5 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
