Deputy Manager - HR

As Deputy Manager - H.R. at our company, your role would involve overseeing various aspects of human resources management. Your responsibilities and key tasks would include: - Sourcing, selection, recruitment, and training of workers. - Managing contract workers effectively. - Handling employee relations and ensuring employee welfare. - Addressing worker grievances promptly and effectively. - Managing daily manpower procurement, attendance systems, and maintaining MIS records. To excel in this role, you should have the critical skills such as the ability to arrange local workers in Punjab, and experience in recruiting and training workers (both unskilled and skilled) in industries engaged in manufacturing sheet metal, welding, automotive, or agricultural implements. Qualifications required for this position include a Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for an MBA. Additionally, you should have 7 to 12 years of post-qualification experience.
