Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for managing operations End to End Ownership of the Process, manage profitability, increase revenue per agent Responsible for bringing continuous improvement to process, implementing automation. Responsible for building strong working relationships and mentoring team leaders. Responsible for communicating with clients and other levels within the organization Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making Ability to meaningfully analyze and report complex data for enterprise and reporting Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure that they are meeting SLAs. Required Experience/Skills Bachelor degree required 10+ years of experience in any retail mortgage underwriting / Credit Decision operations (Australian mortgage is preferable) domain with minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in core operations delivery. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Strong control, process, and project management skills with the proven ability to execute, influence and drive results Proven experience in analyzing and transforming operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology enhancements, process re-engineering, policy, governance and organization structure Very strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages Strong problem-solving skills and ability to compare complex alternatives and select a solution Ability to apply creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated situations Strong leadership skills, ability to influence outcomes and drive resolution Ability to quickly understand a complex matrix of product/reporting systems across the infrastructure and their interrelationships and dependencies Outstanding leadership and organizational skills and problem-solving ability Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with Executive Leadership and other levels within the organization and clients End to End Ownership of the Process, Team Performance, Attendance, Passion for work Excellence If your profile matches the above requirement, Please share your resume to vignesh-baskaran@hcltech.com.
