Job Description

Ensuring Optimum utilization Human Resources. i.e Manpower Planning & deployment. Responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions and finalizing candidates. Implementation of sourcing strategy. Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
