Role Overview

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, portfolio risk analysis, regulatory compliance and operating expense review. The role requires close collaboration with risk and accountingto ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio risk analysis including asset quality trends, provisioning, and exposure monitoring.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
• Review operating expenses and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and file RBI regulatory returns and ensure ongoing compliance with NBFC reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on RBI and NBFC-related compliance frameworks.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary financial information and schedules. Assist in regulatory audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of relevant experience in NBFCs or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements for RBI-registered NBFCs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet strict deadlines under minimal supervision.
