We are Hiring a Deputy Manager Finance for a leading FMCG MNC Brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assets Accounting

  : Oversee and manage the process of recording and tracking the company's assets, including fixed assets, intangible assets, and depreciation schedules.

• Financial Accounting

  : Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including the balance sheet, P&L / income statement, cash flow statement, RPT, COA.

• Budgeting and Forecasting

  : Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and financial forecasts and ensure that actual results are in line with expectations.

• Financial Reporting

  : Prepare regular financial reports for management and regulatory agencies.

• Internal Controls

  : Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

• Tax

  : Well versed with Direct as well as Indirect Tax provisions.

• Audit Coordination

  : Lead the coordination of financial audits, including working with external auditors to resolve any issues. Knowledge of K-SOX/ SoX audit will be added advantage.

• Team Management

  : Supervise and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Microsoft applications, SAP or any ERP
• 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.

• Candidate should have excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
