Deputy Manager Finance

Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager Finance, you will be an integral part of our finance team, bringing your expertise as a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience. Your role will involve overseeing various financial functions with precision, analytical thinking, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in contributing to strategic business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor cash flow for optimal fund utilization and liquidity - Ensure timely closure of financial books and reconciliations - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support strategic decisions - Manage working capital components such as inventory, debtors, and creditors - Ensure compliance with TDS calculation, deduction, and timely filing - Assist in renewing credit limits and maintain relationships with financial institutions - Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows, preferably with exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification only Additional Details: The company values strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, self-motivation, independence, and teamwork.
