Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Voice & Email Support. The Assistant Voice & Email Support will handle daily tasks such as responding to customer queries via phone and email, providing timely assistance, resolving issues, recording customer interactions, and following up on pending issues. The role also involves working closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate documentation of support activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both voice and email support
• Customer service skills and experience handling customer queries
• Proficiency in resolving issues and providing timely assistance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer support software
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Prior experience in a customer support role is desirable
