🚨 Position : Project Control & Planning 👤 Reporting to : Chief Projects Officer 📍 Location : Mumbai Objective / Purpose of the Job Responsible for preparation of: Project schedule (L1 / L2 / L3 / L4 levels) and monitoring & controlling project activities, including coordination amongst various departments to ensure successful implementation & commissioning of projects within stipulated time and budget. Coordinating with Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, and Finance for timely resource mobilization and equipment delivery. Integrating contractor/vendor schedules into overall project schedule and monitoring deviations. Site visits to monitor progress, report deviations, and ensure corrective actions. Updating budgets, preparing WBS, cost control, variance analysis, and suggesting cost optimization areas. Preparing Plan Vs Actuals for schedule & cost, highlighting variances and mitigative measures. Preparing S-Curve for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Overall. Providing inputs to PMC, Client, Lenders Engineer, and Statutory authorities. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly MIS reports. Attending project review meetings with vendors/contractors/consultants. Coordinating with other departments for business-related matters. Reviewing, recording & reporting project progress and quality of work. Coordinating among construction and commissioning teams. The role involves comprehensive exposure to financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting (FP&A), taxation, statutory audit coordination, and transactional accounting functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, SAP ERP systems, compliance frameworks, and internal control mechanisms. Key Responsibilities 1.
