Job Description

As a Deputy Manager in Business Strategy at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategy and monetization efforts. You will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategy along with related operations and processes. If you are someone with significant analytics and program management experience who is excited about sales strategy & operations and can conceive & execute new business ideas, products, and processes, then this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate and partner in the development of business strategy with a focus on all key aspects of sales including pricing, product, and sales distribution - Prepare and implement Go-to-Market strategy for new product launches including the back-end operations related to the product launch - Develop and implement important features on the internal Sales CRM to drive sales productivity and build necessary process controls along with efficient tracking of key sales KRAs - Design and execute effective sales processes for smooth internal operations to deliver superior service experience to both internal & external customers - Develop outstanding insights on markets, competitors, and business trends to inform key decisions - Use data-driven insights to help grow the business and assist higher management in key decision-making - Create data reports & dashboards, provide a high-level summary for discussions and decision-making - Analyze trends in existing business based on sales performance, product trend, and other key factors to drive sales productivity - Lead cross-functional projects that directly impact business products and sales processes - Work with Senior Management to implement and monitor strategic plans supporting various business initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - An MBA/Engineering Degree from top B schools/Engineering institute with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience - Hands-on experience in using MS Office products specifically MS Excel & PowerPoint; Proficiency with additional data tools like Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus - Proficiency in VBA, Macros, MS Access, Google Sheet Scripts, and SQL is a plus - Strong management and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization - Experience of working in a multi-project environment with time constraints - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Analytical mind, business acumen, and problem-solving aptitude - Prior experience on handling CRM will be a plus - Experience with a startup/consulting firm will be a plus,
