We are looking for a Presales Specialist who will be responsible for working in the presales team on lead generation, outreach, marketing, and franchise activities. He/she would also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, market sizing, PowerPoint presentation preparation for meetings etc. Responsibilities : - Lead generation, validation, and database maintenance in line with the firm's strategy and services and product offerings - Carving out am effective sales outreach plan in conjunction with the sales and delivery teams - Outreach to new prospects through emails, calls, and social media with a targeted pitch addressing their actual pain points (this would entail thorough research on the prospect beforehand) - Relationship management for existing clients and warm prospects through planned, meticulous follow-ups - Provide analytical support to the sales team and all pertinent MIS requirements - Perform market research, competitor analysis, market sizing etc. for our products and services - Preparing meeting packs for the client meetings Desired Skills : - Strong understanding of the financial services and risk management industry - Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Adept at working with unstructured data to derive actionable insights - expertise in using MS Office suite - Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision - Hands-on experience with various lead generation & qualification processes - Technology experience, especially in effectively using Sales CRM and related tools and processes - Comfortable in working across geographies i.e. EU,APAC - Flexible to work in various shifts EU, APAC. - Willingness to walk extra mile to deliver superlative outcomes.

The role leads a team of Vendor Consultants responsible for managing business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners (vendors) on Amazon, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction with the program through a high level of service and operational standards. In this role, you will manage strategic joint business plans for Selling Partners across your team by collaborating with them to explore innovative ways to identify and execute new operational improvement opportunities. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for all operational aspects of the vendors business with Amazon. Your team will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. The candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement and iterate data, processes, mechanisms and guardrails to improve the customer experience. A day in the life Responsibilities Include: • Lead a team of Vendor Consultants, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed. • Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. • Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams. • Manage end to end goal setting for team to align with organizational goals. • Build relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for issues, questions, and concerns. • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment.
