Job Overview :-
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager / Deputy Manager (B2B Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B or industrial sales, with a proven track record of identifying prospects, converting leads, closing deals, and managing long-term business relationships. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and building FuelBuddy’s market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities :-
Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets. Execute structured sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Identify new business opportunities, emerging sectors, and potential partnerships.Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and corporate clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and service excellence.Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth client onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and present actionable insights for business improvement and strategy refinement.
