Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    BD Head for Buildcast Solutions Private Limited will drive strategic sales initiatives, business development, and market penetration for precast products in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and fostering long-term client relationships while aligning with Buildcast’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The position supports the business unit’s growth objectives by leveraging advanced manufacturing capabilities and tailored solutions to meet diverse project requirements.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for precast products. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, government agencies, and private contractors. - Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of precast products. - Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the precast industry. - Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and promote the advantages of precast solutions, such as durability, cost efficiency, and sustainability. - Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. - Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Represent Buildcast Solutions Private Limited at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and network with potential clients

Qualifications and Experience


    - Proven track record of 15–20 years in sales, business development, or marketing within the construction or precast industry. - Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth. - Strong experience in client relationship management and contract negotiations. Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
