Roles & Responsibilities: Deploy notions, concepts (e.g. Obeya, VSM, process reengineering, visual management, management system, etc.) and Lean tools adapted to the management needs of BUs, contracts or sites (functions for differentiation units) but also of headquarters and cross-functional functions. Work closely, as close as possible to the field and operations, with operational employees to provide solutions to improve operational performance. Achieve significant improvements over a short period of 3 to 4 months (i.e. breakthrough type) or very short (i.e. Kaizen blitz type) and coach BU resources to improve skills and take over actions to make them sustainable.Carry out observations in BUs and in the field to identify potential problems to be resolved and feed into problem resolution efforts.Map VSMs (value stream mapping) and deploy process re-engineering in order to bring efficiency, good information sharing and highlight the potential for digitalization within the BU and the Group. Develop skills and coach operational employees or those responsible for performance to help them appropriate Lean and SUEZ Way tools and approaches, thus perpetuating associated practices. Initiate change management actions to support deployment. Ensure the consistency and industrialization of operational improvement frameworks and approaches at the level of the Group, divisions, BUs and businesses via standardization and application of Group approaches, adapted to local specificities. This by actively participating in standardization within the Suez Way.
