Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Oversee recruitment for site-level roles from labourers to supervisors and engineers.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offer consolidation, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Compliance & Labor Law Management

Uphold compliance with key regulations including Contract Labor Act, Wages Act, ESIC, PF, and relevant labor licenses.
Maintain accurate wage documentation, oversee payment audits, and manage stat holidays or leave violations as applicable.
Maintain good connection with local government bodies.
Meeting all site compliances as per prevailing laws.

Employee Relations & Conflict Management

Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.

Training & Development

Organize and track safety and skills training for site staff.
Monitor effectiveness and ensure certification renewal as required.

Timekeeping & Payroll Support

Manage attendance and leave records, ensuring alignment with payroll processing requirements.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Collaborate closely with safety officers to enforce compliance and support incident response.

Performance Oversight

Participate in performance assessments and assist in implementing improvement plans when needed.
