Job Description

Ensure routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of sewer lines, manholes, and related infrastructure. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities with proper record-keeping by Supervisors.
All complaints should be resolved with in 24 hr. except civil activity.
Optimum utilization of manpower and machineries.
Ensure work permit and all safety SOPs to be followed before and after start of work.
Ensure proper ,timely and good communication with client, consumers, political people and staff.
Ensure timely monthly RA bills submission of respective zone with all necessary details (i.e deduction issues, and complains etc.).
Ensure RA bills verification should be done before 15th of every month of respective zones.
Ensure no deduction of payment from bills.
Prepare monthly chart of IGRS ,SDCCC, and Smart city (311) complaints.
Daily submission of preventive maintenance sheet, civil activities, and complaint status.
Timely submission of preventive maintenance plan and accordingly submit progress report of the same.
Maintain record of machineries used in zone i.e. Log book, photographs , DPR, inventory record etc.
Proper verification and timely submission of vendors bills.
Fortnightly review meeting with respective zone team.
Defining a ‘Data Model’ for Sewer Line in the Zone which shall be supported by ward map.
Ensure to do an allocation of Manholes on a particular sewer line based on serial numbers in coordination with GIS Team and Asset Manager. Manhole Cover serial numbers will be utilized to record FREQUENCY OF OPERATIONS in a particular SEWER LINE in the ward, which will be a part of Daily Operations Record in Change Management by Zonal Manager.
H&S is priority for the company so develop all kind of communication tools to support H&S department and ensure
NO manhole entry and NO manual scavenging.
