KRA- Overall monitoring of Execution of Project, Coordination with EPC and driving them to deliver the desired progress. Checking of JMC as per site execution and certification over PMS. Basic idea about civil work and stringing work in transmission Lines. Monitoring of RoW issues & Close coordination with Local Administration for obtaining the required support and clearances. Capable to attend high level meetings at DC/ADC/State Secretariat office. Preparation of reports/row related data in excel/ppt forms. Evaluation of various utilities data w.r.t ROW and make a conclusive report to understand the different scenarios. Following up with the related government/non-government bodies for obtaining the required Statutory clearances for Transmission lines. Checking and understanding of required engineering drawings for the Project execution. Driving and maintaining the Organizational QHSE norms & targets.

Designation: Project Engineer Civil Exp 5-10 Years Location: Manesar / Gurugram Academic: BE/B Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Role Objective: We are looking for an energetic Civil Engineer with an experience of 5-10 years for managing our ongoing and upcoming construction projects . The job responsibility will include on-site supervision, management and daily coordination with Project Teams. Strong understanding of Engineering Principles and Construction Processes based on prior experience with large- scale construction projects is desirable. Should have good exposure & knowledge on concrete mix testing & all the civil material testing. Timely execution of project as per the target and schedules laid down by the organization. Construction and Execution of civil works as per the formulated Quality standards and specification by the organization. Managing and controlling the manpower, civil contractors/sub-contractors allocated for civil construction activities. Preparation of daily report for the work assigned as per the project schedule with monitoring and control on the construction of the project. Maintaining and controlling the safety standards at the construction site, as per company EHS policy. Preparation and validation of Measurement sheet for the work executed by various contractors in line with the work order milestone for submission of the Invoices against completion of work. Preparation & validation of work completion certificate for all the civil contractors. Preparation of all the As-built documents for FAT and plant handover to Asset Management team

Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution. • Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications. • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.

Candidates having real time solar execution experience are preferable. Roles and Responsibilities Manage solar project execution from civil and electrical aspects. Oversee site activities, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction management. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
