Job Description

Computation of advance tax, final tax computation under Income Tax Act.
Filing of income tax returns, Tax Audit reports and other applicable forms like Form 3CEB, 29B etc.
Knowledge of TDS/withholding for domestic and foreign transactions as per domestic tax law, Section 115A/195 and DTAA provisions.
Filing of Form 15CA for remittance of foreign payments.
Working Knowledge of INDAS.
Preparation of Deferred tax computation and preparation of Effective tax rate note as required in INDAS Financials,
Reconciliation of Tax GLs with tax returns.
Resolving tax queries of Statutory/Internal auditors for tax related issues
Handling Assessment cases of Income Tax u/s 143(3) / 147 / 153A/C / CIT (Appeals)/Revisions u/s 264 etc. and liasoning with Income Tax Authorities.
Follow up with and coordinating Income Tax Department for getting old Income tax refunds issued.
Preparation of Transfer pricing documents referred to u/s 92D read with Rule 10D/DA etc.
Preparation of local files and master files as required under Transfer pricing provisions.
Calculating foreign tax credit under Rule 128 of Income Tax Rules.
Timely preparation and submission of replies to notices received from the Income tax department and visiting to Tax Department.
Presenting MIS to the Management relating to ongoing tax assessments, litigation, pending refunds, amendment to tax laws relating to our business and its impact on our business.
