Job Description

Responsibilities The Head HR - Thermal Projects will be responsible for: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy Leading and managing the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes Managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance Driving organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives Collaborating with senior management to drive HR best practices and foster a positive work environment Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with relevant labor laws Providing strategic HR guidance and support to leadership and employees Participating in key decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the organization Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred 20-25 years of progressive HR experience Experience in the Thermal Projects industry is mandatory Demonstrated track record of successfully leading HR teams Show more Show less
