Responsibilities Strategic: Monitoring, coordination & execution of electrical installation activities related to BTG area and associated Auxiliary System for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronisation of that unit. Operational: Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation. Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines. People Development & Growth: Enable capability development of self & team members through knowledge sharing sessions. Undergoing training required for self-development and share with other members. Update progress and MIS reports to reporting manager. Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs. Work in coordination with other departments at the site. Work towards zero NC (Non-compliance) and resolve at the earliest, if any. Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical 4-7 yrs experience.
