Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Participate in menu development and research new recipes and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
