ROLE OVERVIEW


As a Sales Demand Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by generating qualified leads, building demand pipelines, and ensuring the successful onboarding of schools and institutions. You will act as the bridge between product and market, positioning SALCI as the go-to solution for schools seeking modern, AI-powered assessments.


This role is perfect for someone strategic, data-driven, and passionate about EdTech.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


- Demand Generation: Build and execute sales strategies to drive demand from schools, institutions, and academic boards.

- Relationship Building: Engage with principals, school leaders, and decision-makers to showcase SALCI’s impact.

- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through structured campaigns and partnerships.

- Product Evangelism: Represent SALCI at events, demos, webinars, and conferences to strengthen market presence.

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market shifts, and customer insights to refine strategy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align demand generation with long-term growth goals.



REQUIREMENTS


- 0-1 years of experience in (EdTech, SaaS, or education sector preferred).

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- A strong network in the K–12 or higher education ecosystem is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership-driven culture.
