Visdum is looking to hire a creative and energetic Demand Generation Specialist to elevate our sales efforts and drive our brands demand-generation initiatives. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects through emails and LinkedIn. Additionally, this role requires understanding of personalized sales outreach tactics. This role demands a persuasive communicator who can effectively showcase the benefits of our SaaS product and secure sales opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Connect with and educate prospects based on buyer personas, working closely with the marketing team to run outbound email campaigns.
  • Track buyer intent signals and send hyper-personalized emails to engaged prospects to schedule meetings.
  • Engage potential prospects through persuasive LinkedIn invites and messages.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospects according to target buyer personas, using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, and Snov.io.
  • Identify target audiences and buyer personas to focus on.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

What you will learn:

  • How to use Hubspot CRM, Snov.io, Apollo, and other tools that help automate outreach
  • How to engage with decision-makers through customized messaging
  • How to follow the lead generation process step by step to book more meetings.
  • How to write emails that prospects love. Youll primarily be writing to CFOs, Sales Directors, and Operations Directors in the US Region.

  • If you have experience working in Business Development/Sales Development
  • Outcome-oriented > Task-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (youll need to communicate with US customers)
  • Strong sales and business development abilities
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry
