Job Summary

Demand Generation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales (60%)

Own outbound sales targets for the
US market
Conduct cold calls, discovery calls, and product pitch meetings
Drive pipeline creation and revenue through outbound efforts
Use AI dialer tools like
Orum / Nooks
for high-volume calling
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership

Lead Generation & Email Campaigns (40%)

Design and execute outbound
email campaigns
for the US market
Work on prospect research, list building, and data hygiene
Optimize messaging, subject lines, and response rates
Actively support teammates in generating high-quality leads
Analyze performance metrics and improve outreach strategies

Team Management

Handle and mentor a team of SDRs
Coach team members on cold calling, objection handling, and email best practices
Track team performance, daily activity, and goal achievement
Identify gaps and actively help team members close them

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience
in SaaS sales / SDM / BDM roles
Minimum 2 to 3 years of team handling experience
Strong experience working
exclusively with the US market
Hands-on experience with
AI dialer tools
: Orum, Nooks (mandatory)
Proven expertise in
outbound sales + email lead generation
Experience with CRM tools like
Salesforce / HubSpot
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
