Should have experience in handling 1000+ FTEs/ Or should have experience managing teams of at least 40 Delivery Managers .
This is a complete operations role, managing an entire account

Job Responsibilities:

Overall 10+ years of Experience with minimum 3 years as Delivery Manager Role
Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal
Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
Leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectixves
Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
