We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Taxation (Direct & Indirect Tax) and Financial Reporting.

Job Location: Gurgaon ( WFO Only )

What Youll Do :

Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

• Hands on experience in preparing and submitting monthly tax computations, TDS returns, advance tax payments, and corporate tax filings.
• Proficient in preparing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc) and GST reconciliations.
• Assist in managing tax audits, assessments, and notices by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and support the team in

implementing necessary changes. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of financial statementsBalance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flowaligned with Ind AS.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure correct accounting treatment for business transactions.

What Skills You Are Expected to Have :

• CA with 25 years of experience in direct/indirect taxation, financial

reporting, and compliancepreferably from a Big 4 or reputed CA firm.

• Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Transfer Pricing, and related regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Ability to independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (TDS & GST).
