Role & responsibilities Books Closing & Statutory Audit: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits. Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries. Bank Reconciliation: Perform and review daily/monthly bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Masters Management Vendor / Fixed Assets / General Ledger: Maintain and update master data for vendors, fixed assets, and GL accounts. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Lease, Fixed Assets & Consumption Accounting: Manage lease accounting in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IND-AS 116). Oversee fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Monitor consumption accounting and ensure accurate cost allocation. Treasury / Banking Support: Support treasury operations including fund transfers, bank documentation, and cash flow monitoring. Liaise with banks for account management and transaction processing. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND-AS/IFRS. Assist in consolidation and reporting for group entities. Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external reports. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and regulatory requirements. Support implementation of accounting policy changes and process improvements. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce., alongwith CA, CPA, or CMA. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and accounting operations. Exposure to IND-AS/IFRS standards and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
