What would you do?

"Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution Supplier relationship management (SRM) is the discipline of strategically planning for, and managing, all interactions with third party organizations that supply goods and/or services to maximize the value of those interactions. Develops metrics for tracking supplier KPIs focusing on Cost to Serve, Cycle time, Contract compliance and Customer Satisfaction. "

What are we looking for?

"Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager along with strong understanding of best procurement practices and vendor management.
  • Strong experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage performance and motivate a team to meet targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. Professional Skills:
  • Leadership: Initiative-taker with demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Collaboration: Skilled in fostering cross-functional teamwork to drive organizational success.
  • Adaptability: Adept at managing change and maintaining productivity in dynamic environments. Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization and fast-paced team environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships remotely.

  • Lead and manage a team of buyers to ensure the efficient purchasing of goods and services.
  • Drive regular knowledge assessments and one-on-one sessions with team members to get insights into challenges, strengths and opportunities in the buying process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize buying processes and achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and make recommendations for cost savings and improved purchasing processes.
  • Handle escalated issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of analytics to track and report on key procurement metrics, utilizing data insights to drive smarter buying decisions, enhance cost savings, and improve supplier performance", Any Graduation
