Profile Summary

Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for the client, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery

  —ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality benchmarks, budget, and profitability targets.
• Establish and maintain strong

  governance frameworks

  for project execution and client engagement, including regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement

  account growth strategies

  aligned with organizational goals.
• Take

  ownership of project delivery

  while simultaneously managing client relationships and operational excellence.
• Proactively

  identify and mitigate risks

  to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Manage

  escalations and delivery blockers

  effectively and in a timely manner.
• Support the

  preparation of client proposals

  , including drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and related documentation.

• Sound understanding of

Educational Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA

  or equivalent

• PMP and Agile certifications
