Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle for US IT Clients.

Handled recruitment through various Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS),.
Managed STP (Send to Provider) processes and offer negotiations to close hires efficiently.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure all compliance documents and requirements were completed.
Create strategies and plans to help the team reach hiring targets.
Assigned tasks based on each team members strengths and experience. (Requisition and Clients)
Monitor and reviewed team performance regularly; provided feedback, coaching, and support.
Report hiring progress, challenges, and team performance to senior management.
