Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare (nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, etc.) and IT roles.
• Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles
• Ensure compliance with US regulations and credentialing standards
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for better outcomes
• Mentor junior recruiters and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
