Your Job Delivery Leader – IT will be part of a global SE&I leadership team leading the GP SE&I team at Bangalore developing new solutions as well as improving existing solutions for Koch Inc. Delivery Leader – IT is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, transformation, Operations, and delivery outcomes of the technology team in Bangalore. The leader will work to align local efforts with global technology strategies, optimize the global operating model, and ensure high-quality project delivery while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development. Our Team Delivery Leader – IT is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, transformation, Operations, and delivery outcomes of the technology team in Bangalore. The leader will work to align local efforts with global technology strategies, optimize the global operating model, and ensure high-quality project delivery while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development. What You Will Do Serve as strategic partner to GP SE&I leader, understand and communicate the broader SE&I(Software engineering and Integration) vision to the Bangalore team, ensuring alignment with the global technology strategy and business goals. Partner with global leaders to outline, contribute to, and implement technology roadmaps, ensuring that Bangalore's technological initiatives are in alignment with the overarching business strategy. Lead the technology initiatives and projects across GP globally partnering with global leadership and stakeholders. Define and implement strategies for optimizing the performance of the Bangalore technology team, including talent recruitment, skill development, resource allocation, and capacity planning. Lead the technology transformation initiatives within the Bangalore team in alignment to global GP IT vision and partners, ensuring the team understands the direction and how their work contributes to the development of innovative, world-class technology solutions. Establish a Product mindset solving business problems, empowering the Bangalore team to lead innovation and take ownership , moving away from the traditional "service provider" approach. Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration within the technology team, ensuring open communication and continuous improvement through feedback loops and a challenge process. Work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier technical talent to the team, focusing on long-term needs with a sense of urgency. Proactively monitor and take targeted action focusing on retaining key technology leaders and talent in the team. Mentor and develop direct reports, providing them with the necessary tools, feedback, and coaching to succeed and grow within the organization. Use Koch PBM framework to identify and address performance gaps, ensuring the technology team consistently meets/exceeds expectations. Establish strong relationships with GP technology leaders across global locations, ensuring that teams collaborate seamlessly and share best practices. Serve as a trusted partner to SE&I CLT members, providing insights and constructive challenges to help shape global technology strategies and improve outcomes. Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven leadership experience (Total 16+ years and preferably 5+ years in a leadership role) in managing large, complex technology teams across global locations. Expertise in defining and executing technological roadmaps, software development strategies that align with global partners and business objectives. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, DevOps, and software development practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, technical teams. Experience in talent acquisition, retention, and skill development strategies tailored to the technology domain. Deep understanding of global technology operations and the ability to leverage a distributed workforce effectively. What Will Put You Ahead Significant experience in leading software technology teams within large, global organizations. A track record of driving successful technological transformations and leading teams through innovation and digital transformation. Experience in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and large-scale software development projects grown from hands-on experience in the past. Strong understanding of the technical talent market and ability to strategically address workforce needs.
