Role Overview
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for
end-to-end ownership of AI-based product and enterprise deliveries
, ensuring scalability, quality, and predictable execution across multiple technology streams. This is a senior leadership role requiring a
strong technical background
, hands-on architectural understanding, and proven experience delivering complex, high-impact products in global environments.You will lead cross-functional teams spanning backend, frontend, AI/ML, and QA, while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Experience Required
- 12–18 years of experience in software delivery, product engineering, or enterprise technology programs
- Proven track record of leading large-scale product or platform deliveries
- Experience managing multi-technology delivery teams in global or enterprise environments
- Strong background in product-based or AI-driven technology organizations
- Career progression with a strong technical foundation, moving from development roles to senior leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven products and enterprise implementations
- Define and implement delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices
- Drive execution across multiple technology streams including Java, Angular, Python, AI/ML, and QA automation
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align delivery with product vision
- Oversee architecture reviews, technical design validation, and adherence to engineering standards
- Ensure adoption of microservices-based, modular, and scalable system architectures
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and code quality processes
- Ensure strong testing and quality assurance practices across the delivery lifecycle
- Enable seamless integration of AI/ML and LLM components into enterprise-grade platforms
- Track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, quality, risk, and utilization
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Lead client delivery planning, milestone reviews, and escalation management
- Mentor Technical Leads and Delivery Managers to build long-term delivery maturity
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs
- Experience designing and delivering microservices-based architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL/RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, system design, and scalable architectures
- Experience with automated testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, TestNG
- Exposure to AI/ML systems, including integration of Python-based ML or LLM components
- Understanding of performance engineering, fault-tolerant systems, and distributed architectures
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with cloud-native deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP)
Educational & Background Requirements (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering from IITs or equivalent premier institutes

- PhD from a recognized top-tier institution.
- Significant experience in AI-led or deep-tech product companies, forming a major portion of the candidate’s career
- Candidates must have a strong technical career foundation, with hands-on development exposure before moving into leadership roles, and clear product development experience.
