Job Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven individual to join our Events & Conferences team. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality attendee participation for our C-level conferences, industry roundtables, and executive briefings. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming attendance of senior decision-makers and professionals across industries. Why IDC ? Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach calls, emails, and LinkedIn follow-ups to invite and confirm C-level attendees for high-profile industry events. Build, manage, and update attendee databases using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Qualify leads based on job title, industry relevance, and event criteria. Track and maintain records of confirmed attendees and follow-ups. Work closely with the marketing and content team to ensure alignment on delegate profiles. Execute SMS and WhatsApp campaigns as needed. Provide assistance during live events for check-ins and coordination. Required Skill Set: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (spoken and written English). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over phone or digital platforms. Comfort in cold-calling and outbound reach-out campaigns. Experience with CRM tools or lead management via Excel/Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in B2B events, delegate acquisition, or telemarketing preferred.
