Sales Operation Analyst

Role Summary

IDC is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the GSOC Team focusing on generating sales data and assisting the global sales teams, within various geographical areas.

Job Scope

• Evaluate, organize data and provide support to the Marketing and Sales Departments.
• A candidate with mindset to use data analysis to resolve problems.
• Producing and maintaining sales reports
• Presenting and distributing data interpretations
• Evaluating the work performance of sales representatives
• Presenting Client Business Value Reports to the sales departments
• Constantly learning and harnessing technology to remove work area bottlenecks and boost performance efficiency
• Entering information, administering, and managing data into the customer relationship management (CRM) system - Salesforce.com
• Good Command over verbal communication
• Create Client newsletters using Adestra (Email and Marketing Software platform)

Skills Required

• Experience in database clean up - identifying and merging duplicates
• Excellent data analysis via excel file/pivot table
• Excellent time management skill
• Degree in Business Administration
• Excellent Communication Skills
