Job Description

Position Objective

This is a Hunting sales role, with focus on acquiring new logos and/or engaging with new stakeholders within existing accounts. High focus on developing business within new territories and account portfolio. In case of existing accounts – maintain relationship with key account executives for upselling and cross selling opportunities. Highly relationship driven and consultative selling skills required.


Essential Skills/Expertise

  • 8-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience, along with strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of sales fundamentals such as prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development and client presentations.
  • Ideal to have a background in ICT/Technology sales or selling into Tech companies (Marketing & Business personas).
  • Strong relationship driven & consultative sales approach.
  • Establish a sales pipeline that will enable sales targets of existing and new accounts to be met each month.
  • Establishing an account plan that establishes a high call rate of client contract that achieves a strong pipeline
  • Understanding client requirements and ability to view a larger picture.
  • Ability to work with senior level decision makers.
