You’ll be working closely with our ERP and infrastructure teams to maintain high availability, streamline operations, and implement best practices that keep our systems running seamlessly.

As a Database Administrator, You Will:

• Manage database backups and restorations, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Handle RMAN (Recovery Manager) backups and perform incremental and full database cloning.
• Apply and verify Oracle patch updates and maintain version control.
• Perform database performance tuning, index management, and query optimization.
• Manage Oracle users, roles, and privileges securely.
• Monitor tablespaces, storage utilization, and perform regular DB health checkups.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of Oracle databases.
• Document database changes, backup procedures, and performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RMAN, Oracle patching, DB cloning, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c/19c or later versions.
• Understanding of tablespace management, indexation, and backup automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup culture and handle multiple priorities.
