About Us:

Highshine IT Solutions is growing fast—300% every year! We’ve revamped our website to showcase our new offerings, and now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to kickstart our in-house marketing efforts. Highshine IT Solutions is a fast-growing ERP consulting company, working with marquee clients like HAL, Wipro, and global partners. We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Marketing Executive who can take charge of our brand visibility, marketing initiatives, and event strategies - both online and offline.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the Founder and leadership team, with the opportunity to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up.

What is expected of you?

• Optimize our website for SEO and improve user engagement.
• Run digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Experiment with different marketing approaches to see what works best.
• Learn and adapt quickly while working on real projects.
• Plan and manage marketing events - from selecting the right events to building marketing materials and ensuring smooth execution with focus on targeting the right market segment.
• Help shape Highshine’s long-term marketing strategy.
• Take ownership of designing tasks as required to support campaigns and initiatives.

Who Should Apply?

• Freshers you have some experience in digital marketing but are eager to learn and grow.
• You love experimenting and figuring out what works.
• You’re looking for an opportunity where you can start small and grow into a leadership role over time.
• Some knowledge about B2B marketing, digital marketing coordination, or event management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, LinkedIn, and CRM (basic).
• Bonus: Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or industrial marketing.
