Job Description

As a Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of the database systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and supporting HA/DR solutions/ replication - Leading efforts related to system and SQL performance tuning, index/ partition creation and management - Setting up log shipping, Mirroring/log forwarding, analyzing traces - Architecting, designing, implementing, and administering database consolidation platforms - Performing duties such as monitoring, software installs and upgrades, scripting, automation, incident response, and documentation - Performing DB restores and point-in-time recovery If you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you! You should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving various database issues such as integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, and security issues. Additionally, hands-on experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools is required. A solid understanding of indexes, index management, integrity checks, configuration, patching, statistics, and effective index creation and management is also essential.,
