Data Strategist

As our Data Strategist, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and execute a company-wide data strategy. You will be the expert voice on data architecture, governance, security, and analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape our products and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve data architecture and integration across multiple platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance and security frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR.
• Analyze large datasets using 

  SQL, Python, and/ or R

   to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards with tools like 

  Tableau or Power BI

   to monitor key performance indicators.
• Mentor a team of data analysts and guide the organization in data-informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience

   in data strategy, architecture, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions, 

  preferably AWS

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the 

  EdTech or SaaS industry

• Professional certifications in data management or security (e.g., CDMP, CISSP).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications.
