Summary: As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, enabling effective decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze data needs, and work towards translating complex information into actionable insights that contribute to the organization's competitive advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Qlik Replicate. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Qlik Replicate. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
