Job Description

As a Data Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture to enhance the management, governance, and security of information. You will play a crucial role in enabling organizations to establish a single source of truth for all data, thereby facilitating effective decision-making, driving operational efficiency, and gaining a competitive advantage. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing data needs, and translating complex information into actionable insights. You are expected to be subject matter expert in this role, collaborating with and managing the team to make informed decisions. Your involvement will also extend to engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems, facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities, and monitoring the effectiveness of data strategies to make necessary adjustments. Key Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Qlik Replicate is a must-have skill. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices. - Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Qlik Replicate. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required for this role.,
