About The Role

Project Role :Data Strategist

Project Role Description :Develop and implement a data strategy and architecture for improving the management, governance, and security of that information. Enable organizations to have a single source of truth for all data, helping them translate information into action to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.

Summary:As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, facilitating the translation of information into actionable insights that drive efficiency and competitive advantage. You will engage in strategic planning sessions, analyze existing data frameworks, and propose innovative solutions to optimize data utilization across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance principles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Scala.

Strong understanding of data architecture and governance frameworks.

Experience with data management tools and technologies.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance regulations.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
