We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead – Principal Solution Architect to join our innovative team. As a Tech Lead – Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions for our organization. In collaboration with Engineering Leadership, you will work across multiple squads, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architectural decisions. Responsibilities Solution Design: Develop comprehensive technical designs for software applications, systems, and infrastructure, encompassing both high-level and detailed specifications. Architecture Leadership: Lead the establishment of technical best practices, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and providing support in navigating technical challenges. Collaboration: Forge close partnerships with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and transform them into viable technical solutions. Technology Evaluation: Assess existing systems, technologies, and architectures to identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Hands-On Development: Occasionally engage in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and AWS. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to standards like ISO27001, GDPR, and similar. Code Review and Documentation: Conduct reviews and document findings to maintain transparency. Risk Management: Proactively address architecture, security, and scalability risks. Product Lifecycle : Ensure Product Support and new development as per roadmap Good Governance : Ensure Governance, Project Management and Delivery Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degrees preferred). 15+ years in solution architecture, including 5+ years in a lead role. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, DevOps. Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, enterprise integration, and API design. Experience with Java, Python, C++, databases, data analytics tools. Strong communication and leadership skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally.
